Few years ago when speaking to a client, a British company, we started implementing an idea of Business unit outsourcing. Our clients had some IT projects in Lithuania and wanted to have local IT specialists who would work with those projects. Our clients were not interested in renting premisses, finding local employees and employing them, hiring an office administrator to look after the offices, buying office equipment etc. What we've done is that we've introduced a complete solution to them- we rented out the business premisses, we found and employed staff on Amber staff payroll and we take care of the office on daily basis.
